As an active Data Fusion client, you have unlimited access to the Intellistat Client Support team via email or phone (888-926-9220). Our techincal support professionals team will help you resolve system errors and data discrepancies, answer your questions about features and product capability, or provide assistance with more complex tasks like data center moves, mergers, and system upgrades.
Once you submit a case to us, our talented triage team will perform a detailed review of your issue, assess relative severity, and respond appropriately. Our initial communication back to you will be one or more of three distinct responses - a solution to your concern, a request for more information, or an acknowledgment of your issue. For more complex resolutions, our support team leverages the expertise in all areas of the DFTech family, including development, implementation, and consulting resources.

“Michael Best was interested in both a budgeting as well as financial reporting tool. We ultimately selected two modules from DFTech’s Intellistat software portfolio. It was clear that Intellistat was designed to address the specific needs of law firms. The budgeting software allows many external managers to contribute to a centralized process which simplifies creation of the firm’s yearly budget. The financial reporting package allowed us to replace outdated and unsupported FRx software. The built in conversion utility within financial reporting made quick work of converting existing reports so that we did not need to build all from scratch.
